3 OF COINS IS BROKEN AFTER PATCH!

This "RNG" Loot system is completely broken Bungie. Today i used 14 of 3 of coins on one ultra and he didn't drop not even one green engram the boss didn't drop nothing but one ether seeds. WTF!?!?. How much did you nerf the 3 of coins!?!?!
