You've certainly got a keen eye. It does suck that people would intentionally try to pass that off as their own work. The user probably thought no one would notice, which is baffling when he tried to enter a contest hosted by a group of artists who have carrying skills and talents. The internet mentality struck again. People think because they're anonymous it gives them a free pass to do what they like and get away with it. I'm glad to see a lot of users frowning upon this type of behavior.
