Banjo. User ID issue. BUNGIE please respond.

I continually receive a Banjo error code. I was forced by Playstation Network to change my user ID from BackseatBJ to GeraldCooperberg. Your web site shows this as updated. Your app reflects the same as well. Unfortunately whenever I attempt to sign into your servers I receive error code banjo. I don't even receive an option to either start over or show me my current guardians. Please advise as to how to resolve this, I don't have any issues logging into other games for their online features. Please advise...

  • I've passed this issue on. For now, there are a couple of things to try: First, clear your cache: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539 If that does not work, you can try deleting your profile from your console, then redownloading it.
