Another thing: before completely ignoring these statistics try and take into account not only the super but the vast majority of the game as well - i.e. time spent without a Super. Because the Sunbreaker Subclass is so heavily focused around Hammer of Sol, it is left with a mediocre neutral game with few options in comparison with others - e.g. Gunslinger. This is what turns the tide and puts Gunslinger at top. That and the fact that Golden Gun is still extremely good. For example unlike Hammer of Sol if Golden Gun is activated in your line of sight your chances of survival are extremely low due to it being extremely difficult to avoid in comparison to Hammer of Sol thanks to the lack of travel time, lack of arc, high aim assist and so on.

      The Huntard Hates stats. They prove their crying has no merit. The Huntard hates common sense. It makes it so their cries for nerfs are biased whines. The Huntard hates logic. It does not work with the truth. Bungie is not going to nerf something that is not OP because Huntards want easy mode. Sorry... lol Sunbreaker will not be nerfed.

      I'm not sure if you know this or stated this in your wall of text that I did not read, but the statistics you are showing are inflated by the number of people that use hunter accounts. Let's face it they are everywhere, it's not about how many people use it it's about how invincible you are while using it. - Damage reduction -??? Hammers with mini grenades and horseshoes an tracking - last for -blam!-ing ever - can eat a golden gun(really bruh) - can move at the speed I light - can 1 hit any super Ever faced a team of 6 titans in iron banana? It's -blam!-ing impossible bro. Edit: Soon warlock will have unlimited storm trance it's only a matter of time

      • This just means that people who main hunters in destiny are the most skilled hammers are still op it doesn't matter for stats I main a hunter and when I played on my titan I felt like I had golden gun with 5-6 shots and a over shield with hungering blade so you can just be quiet.

            • Yes but the fact that a sunbreaker can kill many opponents and capture a zone alone is a game winning or losing situation Zone control should be iron banner where kills don't matter as much

                • If Bungie decides to nerf the sunbreaker super then I hope they manage to do so in PvP only. The gunslinger only has 3 shots, four if equipped with the exotic that grants the extra shot. Reduce the amount of hammers thrown in PvP to 3 or 4, leave it as is in PvE. That could be acceptable if it is to be nerfed. I'd hate to see the sunbreaker nerfed to uselessness in PvE. Not just because I have a Titan character but because I have friends I play with who do too. More hammers mean more adds wiped out.

                  • This is what i've been saying. I've been getting killed by hunters like crazy. Hunters are still better than titans most of the time. And hammer of sol is good but hunter supers are still fantastic.

                  • With the recent uncovering of the Nightstalker glitch, I have to call the Hunter popularity biased. People just jumping on the unlimited super bandwagon. A chart made during a time without any glitches present would be much more reliable. As for the second chart; Sunbreakers have the second highest K/D overall. Your averaging of the Titan K/D is a popular ploy to make something seem less appealing than it is. The fact of the matter is that Strikers and Defenders are fairly lackluster in Crucible. What your chart is showing is that long-range supers like Golden Gun and mini tracking Nova Bombs like Hammer of Sol are top tier supers in PvP. Your argument that Hammer of Sol is OP is wrong in every way. The super is OP as hell and most of us can see that. Even your general argument is based more on the subclass being underpowered. A buff to the base abilities of Sunbreakers while nerfing the super would bring it more in line with other subclasses. But the argument that the super is allowed to be OP because the base subclass is subpar is ignorant.

                        • Stop using logic and data. The hunters know our class isn't OP, they just don't want other classes being competitive in pvp (they've also asked for stormcaller nerfs). No, all hunters aren't bad people but they have more bad apples than the other 2 classes combined.

                          • At most it only needs a minor armor reduction. Just to allow a one shot kill for golden gun, and sniper headshot. But let's be real for a second, golden gun is weak in terms of damage if anything it needs a damage buff.

                            • Been playing as Striker and having fun ambushing people. They just assume you are Sunbreaker if you are playing as a Titan and think if they don't hear the clang and see the flames they are safe. Last night I ran into a group of five hanging around a heavy ammo spawn and wiped them out. It is very effective on flags as well.

                            • Maybe that means the people playing as Titans just aren't as good? Even if the super is powerful, you will still spend most of the game without it. That's where skill matters.

                            • The stats aren't what I care about sure sunbreakers are not the most used super in crucible/IB it still doesn't change the fact that it needs a nerf. If I snipe ANY of the sub classes with a headshot while they're super they'll die except for which one you ask oh yea the sunbreakers, it also is the only super that takes TWO golden gun shots. You clearly don't have to hit anyone with the hammer to kill them just in the general area which isn't as much of a big deal as the other two points. Hammers are a REALLY cool super but it NEEDS a small nerf not a big one just needs to be at the same level as the rest of the supers.

                              • Half of the people who complain about the Sunbreaker, have no idea what the skill tree looks like. In order to get an overshield after a kill, you have to run up right where you killed the guy and stay there, sacrifice being healed by fire kills, sacrifice double the recharge time of grenades and melee with a full super, sacrifice more hammers/bigger explosions, and sacrifice the charge ability.

                                  • All this information says is how popular the subclasses are and and how good the people are that use them, nothing about the effectiveness or 'overpoweredness' about the subclass. And are you kidding yourself, I'm all for giving the Titan an great super but the hammer can't even be killed by a snipe to the head (excluding blackspindle) that's just little bit op

                                  • One question...how is the super balanced with even players with supers run....the only supers that shut it down cold are the supers that are not mobile (fist of panic and nova)....golden gun-snipe or shotgun....blade-snipe or shotgun melee....sun singer....snipe or shotgun melee
