how do I start house of wolves quest line?
I just finished the dark below story missions, and now I'm wondering how do I start the house of wolves story missions. I think the first quest is welcome to the reef but I have not had that quest yet. When I go to Petra I can only buy from her, did I miss something? My light level is 179 so it can't be locked can it?
