It's so confusing when someone joins a fireteam with a female character and ends up being a dude (*cue Aerosmith*).
Do they all just want the D? But seriously, can any guys who do this shed some light on.. why?
I feel like someone pulled an Oprah, "You get a female warlock, and YOU get a female warlock! Everyone gets female warlocks!"
Edit: Jesus H. Christopher, I'm curious. I've noticed this quite often since I started playing, and I can't answer this question for myself, so I wanted some insight. inb4more "why do you even caaaaare?!!1!?!?"
Edit again: holy -blam!-, I'm a girl. Hence why I don't have insight to why this happens.
Edit, take three: thanks to everyone who gave a legitimate answer! I appreciate the insight :-)

Because warlock robes look weird on the male models. That's my excuse for this game anyway. In Dead Island I played as a woman because she had the perks I liked. In the Souls games I play as a woman because smaller hit boxes, I mean, the hit boxes probably aren't smaller but they feel smaller because slimmer looking character. Fallout I play as a woman because Black Widow and Cherchez La Femme. Either way it's pretty much irrelevant unless there are bonuses for being either gender.
