Glitch therefore can't be duplicated and just a lucky day for someone [spoiler] don't be so salty[/spoiler]

Not a glitch, they just wiped Draksis style over 15 times and the loot from all those kills stacked.

Nope, they killed the boss then instantly wiped like 20 times. When you do that the engrams glitch out and continually spawn, but only as many as would have dropped from those 20 kills.
