I find it interesting these companies try to get as much money out of as little effort as possible. If the product was great in the first place and they had invested a lot into it just for it pay itself back with positive reviews/opinions it would have been miles better than the direction they have taken Destiny. Maybe it's just me but I'd rather maintain my ethics and pride by putting out a good product my company would be proud of instead of what it seems has been delivered. $$ isn't everything....GREED! The old saying; spend money to make money, same applies here. Bungie and Activision will start to feel it when people have had enough and no longer trust Bungie and refuse to buy their future product(s).

  • How much did they spend on Dinklebot just to remove his voice entirely from the game? Talk about a waste of money. Anybody with half a brain could have predicted the costs/frustrations in having to work with a celebrity. Especially one who is currently in high demand.

  • Only reason they got Peter in the first place was for the hype. To attract as many people as they could to the initial launch of the game. Honestly, I think most of this was planned from the beginning. =/

  • Support that. You said it with "spend money to make money." If they would spend the money to really keep upgrading the game to make it great and fix the real issues not blanket nerds on everything, then they would see a real return on their investment. They would make money cause people would keep coming back and would pay for big expansions. I would have paid for TTK if they wouldn't have nerfed everything fun and locked people out of year 1. But what do I know, it seems like there are enough people coming back for more and throwing money at their screens for the latest dances moves. Sad day when their direction for this game is working.

  • That's exactly the problem I'm complaining about. They try to get as much money with the least amounts of costs that have a negative effect on the gaming experience. If we don't stop this trend soon it's going to spread. And that would hurt all of us gamers.
