I need advice
so there's this girl on my soccer team (coed Rec for fun) and she's super cool and cute and nice and athletic. I keep talking to her and we laugh a lot and it feels right when I'm with her. the other day after the game I asked for her number an she instantly said yes and her face lit up. we walk to the sideline and as she's grabbing her phone her mom says she has to go. she flashes me a quick smile and leaves with her mom. now I don't see her till practice on Wednesday. idk if she is actually gonna give me it or if she left cz she really had to. I'm super nervous and can't stop thinking about her an what happened. am I overthinking this??

Hey so here's the thing. If she's out of your league, you gotta start building this thing that's not a relationship but it's getting there. You flirt, but not too hard. This is what you gotta do when you get her number. So eventually, if you keep this up for about 2 weeks, I swear you'll either feel a legitimate connection, or you won't. If you do, you come up with a brilliant message to tell her that you like her (pm if you want mine. It's worked 5/6 times) if she likes you back you're in business.
