Just curious, not bragging, not looking for people to join, none of that, just feel like I can't be the only SOLO player around. And I don't mean sometimes, I mean SOLO period.
I have never, since beta, joined a pre made fireteam, everything has been SOLO or matchmaking. Am I alone :) (good pun is good). Or are there other SOLO artists out there?
EDIT: There is no way I'm the only person that solos... I'll keep looking till I find my solomate XD

EDIT: I will make a list of honest to god legit SOLO players, I will have to go through your stats and double check, lots of fake SOLOS in here who think they know what SOLO means. Not being a jerk, but only SOLO people know what it is... The struggle is real :-)
EDIT: Dang there's a lot of posts, gonna take some time to verify legit kindred SOLO spirits.
Moments of Triumph = Auto disqualification. (Aetheon raid progress is blocked at a certain point after Templar I think, requires fireteam.)

Solo here, though I do have a close friend I play with every now and again. Otherwise, always crucible or story solo, if I have to matchmake strikes etc then so be it. Even solo'd me an entire Crota raid once as a personal challenge.

I play solo on most games, trying to figure out why you capitalize the word solo overtime you write it though.. Only part of Destiny I really haven't solo'd is VoG and Kings Fall.

Edited by Arioch117: 10/9/2015 5:42:50 PMI've soloed a lot of the game, but not on purpose. I have very few people to play, so there's that. The only time I really join a fireteam is when I raid. Most of the nightfalls I've done, I've done on my own and if I could have soloed VoG I would have. Funnily enough, I've found that solo players are a little more skilled then those who are constantly in a fireteam.

I solo most of the time. I do have a coworker that plays and 3 kids and a nephew that also play but none of them very often so I usually end up playing solo.

Don't know if I count as 'legit' solo since I've been in a non match made fireteam 3 times since launch. 2 were the tail ends of nightfalls that I invited some others to get the rewards for free more or less. 1 is the only time I've ever done VOG, it was meh.

Once on a Daily Heroic, once for a Nightfall, and once to give a tour. Has been at least six months since any of those times, too.

1 ReplyIve been a lone wolf the entire time since beta. Ive had friends start to play but they always stopped playing before they really got into the end game content, never actually playing a single mission or even patrol with any of them. Ive solod every piece of content that can be solod by an intermediate player. Most of my friends that play are on ps4 and im on x1 so thats been the main reason. I do join others if i get random invites and have time to do so... Usually not the case tho
