I have a piece of armor that allows more heavy ammo, and one that allows more fusion rifle ammo. One of the pieces (year one) works like a charm, while the other (year two) is worthless. The year one allows more heavy ammo to be carried, and the year two allows more [i]fusion rifle[/i] ammo to be carried. It is my firm belief, that armor that has a perk to hold more fusion rifle ammo, does not affect your SS, only armor with heavy ammo perks.
