If you check the armory it does have an Armamentarium listed at 280 light, so maybe its just got a low drop rate, or has yet to be released. But its there.

Didnt one of the main bungie guys say only the crest of alpha lupi was available for titans when talking about twilight garrison? Also level 30 req for a 280 exotic?

Edited by Star Gazer2: 10/12/2015 4:54:05 AMthe armory lists that ALL titans exotics have level 30 requirements for 280 exotics, except for the class items. If there is indeed no year 2 Armamentarium, then bungie needs to fix the armory.
