I had the same thing happen. First it kicked me out of my game and said it wouldn't download and then it wouldn't work at all so I had to hard reset it. But it's downloading right now so it's all good.

Yeah I was doing a raid with friends in Destiny and it just kicked me out for the update. Luckily it fixed itself when the error code popped up.
