Try asking a senior member of the "collective of knowledge" group. They usually have some good info on this stuff.

I'm a member of the group. Just look at my groups, the collective of knowledge specifically, and ask to join if you want. The group is based entirely around discussing and debating destiny's lore. It's big, thriving, and always welcoming to new members interested in destiny's lore.
