Wow You Can Snipe Like That?

Apparently this video is probably not even you, but I have a legitimate question for anyone who may know... In Destiny, is there any skill to no-scoping or is it just luck? Obviously it's viable in a hip-fire shooter like halo, but in destiny it seems that even quick scoping is not really reliable...
