Literally one of my favorite characters in gaming. Makes me -blam!-ing giggle Voice acting was incredibly fitting and real for his dialogue. Top notch Did anybody else catch the pun he made with Rasputin when he said "there's a joke in there somewhere." It took my a while but I laughed my ass off
