I was finishing the primary weapon for the gunsmith and the kill 100 enemies/open chests/collect resources bounty on the moon, so I went into the hive fortress in order to do both at the same time. While down there, I went to the Hall of Wisdom to discover that the Wolves were still there, however they were being attacked by the hive. The door was also open to the Shrine of Oryx, which, upon further investigation, all the doors were open to the end of that specific mission.
