It is OP and needs a nerf.
Fortunately, I find that titans are generally unimpressive players, so they don't do as much as they are capable of unless in their super anyway. So it's whatever to me.

Hell I've watched my buddies dodge Sunbreaker hammers and just wait out their super... to the point Sunbreakers in PvP, NOT PvE, needs toning down. Sunbreakers seem to have the overshield of a panic striker Titan, the blast radius and damage of Nova Bomb, the mobility of the Blade Dancer, and the healing capabilities of Hungering Blade(if you use it). Sunbreaker Titans have no real weakness, yet every other class has one or more to offset it's strength(s).
