Sleeper isn't even available yet. Bungie is holding it back to keep everyone looking for it to increase their server status. There's a lot of content that they're holding back, I can't prove it, but I find it weird that TTK has been out for two weeks now and only 3 or 4 new exotics have been FOUND.

Yea because it's not on the gun kiosk there's only truth, dark drinker, raze lighter and what ever the arc one is

Blank spindle wasn't in the kiosk ether until it was found then a slot was added for it. There are secret hidden slots in the kiosk for weapons we don't know about yet.

That's true. In the Titan armor kiosk, there wasn't a slot for Y2 ruin wings and they didn't announce ruin wings to be Y2. I got them from a drop a couple days before xur sold them and suddenly there was a new slot for them in the kiosk.
