ifyou do not do the sequence of the plates in the correct order the platforms will spawn but the orbs on each platform that you need to get will not spawn. therefore you will not be able to get the relic... hope this helps.

We were on key and I collected the orbs. It still wouldn't let me pick up the relic on two different occasions.

then its possibly the host of the raid who is lagging. there is no problem with the raid itself but if the host of the party is lagging there will be issues.

We passed the host to 3 different people before everyone gave up.

did you pass the host and go back to orbit? if you passed the host and didnt go back to orbit it still go with the host that was the original...

We passed once before and twice after we went back to orbit.
