Because you're doing it wrong lmfao. Played through the raid a few times already with zero issues. You always start on the platform to the left of the relic and jump around counter clockwise every time. If there's no glowing balls on the platforms then your fire team is jumping up out of order or someone got off there platform. It's so easy I find it ridiculous how people find this so hard. I joined a group that was stuck on Warpriest for 9 hours straight lmao. Relic runner and platformer stand on step of platform to the left of relic. Relic runner jumps up first then guy with him jumps up after that the person to the left of them jumps up then the person to the left of that person jumps up then the person under the relic jumps up you will then see the glowing balls on every platform u jump on and be able to grab the relic. The jumping around to grab the relic is also always counter clockwise. If someone gets off there platform before you get to the relic the lights will disappear and you won't be able to get it. You need to be talking to your fire team and not Bungie lmao.
