I have also found this as has my fireteam members. We also notice during regular story mission when the npc's are speaking and when aquiring items and exchanging engrams. This is upsetting due to the fact that it's is not persistent with everyone and i am missing funny or important information. During PoE i dont here the cues for the mines i cant hear enemies approaching. I tried helping a kinderguardian and ended up looking like one myself. This should be fixed before nerfs and such happen IMO.
