Hello all,
We are actively investigating an issue where some players lose access to their SUROS Arsenal content. While we investigate, please ensure that all Destiny content is installed with the below Help Article. Additionally, you may want to try restoring the licenses on your console.

I don't know if it is just coincidence but It appears that the Xbox Store no longer lists the SUROS add on pack as part of the Legendary Edition. Would this have something to do with this issue? I tried to manage (Xbox One) my SUROS pack by deleting it and reinstalling it only to see that it is no longer listed as compatible with the Legendary Edition on the Xbox Store. The add on doesn't show up on my manage screen for reinstallation. HELP!!!!

I hope you are fixing this issue unilaterally, because I haven't said anything about it till now.

You at this rate you are just as useless as EA at this point. Attempting your current fix will just result in the pack being locked behind a bundle only pay wall. I will not pay for something I already own. To everyone else: Don't make the mistake me and a bunch of others made. Don't try Bungie's fix. Doing so will result in you losing the pack behind a bundle only pay wall.

Unistalled the pre order pack to re-install and it's only available with the $20 pack. I'm not paying for something that I already paid for.

I uninstalled the pre order add on, but I can't reinstall. I have the shader and emblem that cannot be used anymore.

Yea I even uninstalled mine and I can't reinstall it now it says bundle only

I have gone into the manage game and the suros weapon pack is not in my unistalled section anymore.

Hey. Bungie. You guys are tone deaf. Read the dang board. Your advice as laid out in these links is BS. If you uninstall the "Suros Pack" there's a better than even chance that it'll disappear not to be seen again (that's my experience anyway - along with a host of others). Reinstalling TTK did absolutely nothing for me so I appears that the Pack, however pathetic is was, is gone. Just fess up and let the hubbub die down...
