Doesnt surprise me, taken king was an "improvement", ign is rating the taken by itself not what taking king does to the rest of the game, did you watch the video? It explains how this is just a rewrite of bad game, how the year one content now contradicts sections of the new game, there are spots where dialogue fails all together, the video explains how the new content looks flashy but beneath an incrementally increasing paywall lies the real problems with the game
