I also now have this same exact problem. I was wearing these just fine, but recently (not sure when it started; just noticed it today) I get error "Requires Preorder Exclusive" when trying to equip Suros Minimalist. I have the Digital Collector's Edition on Xbox One. I also never received my exotic class items for ANY of my characters.
What are we supposed to do to fix this?

Same thing here - "Requires Preorder Exclusive " pops up on both the shader and emblem. This sucks

Ditto here. Uninstalled both Suros Arsenal Pack and TTK and reinstalled. Still nothing. Appears to be tonight's trend...
