This should be a priority for Bungie. I was lucky once and only had to wait 5 minutes to get new teammates after my team left due to failing to beat the Restorative Mind. However that has been the exception. If Bungie is going to reward us for sticking with the strike playlist, they need to get a lot better and faster about replacing dropped teammates.

Yeah, i feel like it might just be a priority problem. new strikes grab recruits prior to in progress ones or something. i'm sure they have an engineer on hand who can make things more pleasant.
