Not Receiving Raid Drops from First Run

EDIT 3: Please read the whole post before commenting. There is more than the issue of not getting drops here people. Particularly troubling is the status not reflecting in the advisors section. I just went through the Warpriest fight on my Titan (1st char) and finished the boss, ready to receive that sweet loot and all I got was a quest item and some moldering shards. (I'm given to understand that this happens for everyone, and should not count towards boss loot resets) If this is new and I just don't know, I understand, but if it's not, I'd also like to point out that I went to my advisors, and it doesn't show that I have completed this section at all. I'm pretty peeved atm, because the amount of coordination and time required is different for everyone, but regardless of how long it takes a group, I don't think that NO REWARD at all is suitable. I'm not raging like you might expect, but this seems to be at the very least a serious bug, and should probably be looked at very soon. As a side note, I'm not sure that there's anything that can be done to get my loot, but I was not the only one affected by this, there was at least 1 other person who did not get their loot. Although I can also confirm that someone running it their Second time on a different account got a weapon drop. I've heard that a rune can drop and that counts as loot, but not even one of those dropped. If there's anyway at all to help those who missed their loot along with my own, that'd be great. To help, I've posted a video of what I was able to capture by using the share button EDIT: It appears that the checkpoint is not triggering and therefore the rolls are never Triggered. It'd be great if a Bungie member could clarify the situation. EDIT 2: For those people stating that I did get a drop or that there is no Guaranteed drop, I'd like to point some things out. Firstly, there was someone in the same raid who actually got a machine gun. I asked him to look at his Advisors, and it stated that he had completed the warpriest. I have also asked everyone who says that they didn't get loot to look at their advisors page. EVERY one of them has said that it was not marked as complete. Second: VoG and CE have a 100% chance to drop Gear/mats on your first run. I'm given to understand that Moldering shards DO NOT count as part of your weekly loot (unless you get an additional roll of them and therefore more of them). Even if this is incorrect however, it still didn't count this section as complete for me.

I must say that this experience is not one of my greatest in terms of customer service. Really all I want is an answer from a Bungie employee so I can put a nail in this coffin. Also, Bungie should have a better contact system, because even getting your issue looked at seems to be hit or miss. The only way I can guarantee that someone looks at this, is to send it through the Postal service, where it will likely end up on someone's desk 2 months from now, and they won't even be able to be bothered responding. Long story short, a help forum by itself is obviously not enough. You've got mods who don't know the answers, and have no ability to help outside of Banning people and directing people to the help forums. I have to be honest, this is a little upsetting that customer service is handled this way. I get you're probably swamped with TTK problems, but a simple confirmation of if this is a bug or not would help immensely.
