Helium filaments not registering for Sol edge quest
WTF
I have been farming fir ages and not one, not one single helium is counting. For -blam!- sake. i have the sword equipt unequipt standing on my -blam!-ing head and not one has started to count for the ten. Why. Bungie you dont explain anything. Tell me what I need to do or at least write the details in such a way that im just getting frustrated. my super is 100% and i still im here on the moon with my dick in may hands waiting for one to count.

Im having this problem with void edge I have 600ish relic iron and no crystals also completed my 500 void kills

11 RepliesEdited by Eriena: 9/22/2015 7:14:36 AMThe quest clearly states that you need to collect Solitron flares from helium. Solitron flares drop from helium at about 10%(1 out of 10). It took me just under 100 Heliums(pick up only) to get all 10 flares.

Solitron flares, not helium filaments. You get them as a rare drop from farming helium filament nodes (but not chests). Have fun farming. From what I've seen it typically takes around 10-20 nodes before a solitron flare drops. So you'll need to collect around 100-200 filaments from nodes only.
