Flayer mantle cloaks

Hey guys does anyone know in order to get any of the solar/void/arc Flayer mantle cloaks on the palace strike, does said strike need to be on heroic or are they just extremely rare?? I'm on Xbox one btw. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Heroic only. And they are still rare even from that.

I've been farming it for 3 days now. I've read whatever cloak you want, kill that one last. I want solar (red) so I gotta kill the red one last. Also read you gotta kill them all within 39 seconds but that's impossible even with jellyhorn
