Hey everyone,
My three kids have been playing Destiny since its release. We have only bought the DLC's once and everyone on all three xbox live accounts have been able to play. HOWEVER, with The Taken King DLC only the one account that purchased and downloaded it can play? Anyone know why this is happening? All of our accounts on the PS4 can play the taken king and I only purchased it once there. Xbox customer service is a waste of time.
Thanks

Yeah xbox support doesn't gave a clue. There is an easy way to fix it. Someone mentioned it earlier. I'm on my phone so can't see their name or I woukd give them credit. Sign in to xbox on the account that purchased the taken king. Then have whomever wants to play sign on with another remote. Have fun!

Have the same problem with my sons acc. chatted with Xbox help, they say Microsoft and Bungie are working on the problem...I think Bungie is trying to restrict the DLC license to the account the purchases the game. If the have not figured this out yet, most middle school and high school students do not have credit card registered on there Xbox acc. My son played Destiny withe his friends, in his pear group 3 are in this situation. Bungies actions have t the valuable life lessons, customer expectations vs corporate policy, marketing polices, legal polices. As result of these lessons they have decided stop playing Destiny. Good customer retention Bungie.

Anyone having a similar issue?

Hello buddy. I have a friend who happens to have the same issue. What we did as a fix is we sign-in first the account that purchased the DLC. Then using a different controller, you will need to sign-in the other account next who wants to use the DLC. This way, there will be two accounts that will be signed-in, one that owns the DLC and the other is the one who wants to have it shared. Please try.

As far as I know TTK license is tied exclusively to the profile that bought it ={
