Listen man. If you don't wanna ride this ship then don't. But some of us love this game and like spending money on it. If you thought Destiny was gonna be one game with no DLC and last for 10 years you have only yourself to blame.

true enough I suppose....... but thats not it what I am really mad about is what I placed near the bottom how Bungie took all that content that we payed for and what I dont get is how u continue to stick up for them after such an underhanded move such as that I mean they practically robbed us and are continuing to rob u I just dont get how u still place any faith or how u can bare to play the game w/o at least feeling some sort of contempt against the creators

The only people that stick up for them, no matter how crappy that are to the community, are the fanboys. You make very valid points. It's just some people can't see your side of it because they have wool over their eyes and refuse to let it be removed.

The game was not meant to be played vanilla forever. If most players move onto the new content then bungie can't justify keeping the same amount of servers open for year 1 only content. Your crucible experience would suffer so they streamlined it. There's no point in playing a year 1 NF as you would only get year 1 rewards. And all those legendaries are gone. And the exotics can be got by engrams. This is a dynamic game.

Yeah but when has a game ever completely removed old content? What the hell was the point of grinding all of year one just to have it taken out? Oh yeah, to get you to shell out another $40 so you can keep playing. Ive never seen a game do anything like this. It's bs and you fan boys can keep right on paying them to create these money snatching half baked games. I'll be laughing at you while I'm playing halo 5 later this month.

Thanks I will keep paying as long as the content keeps getting better. Plenty of mmos have removed content that got stale. Now I don't agree with everything that bungie did to roll this out, but that doesn't mean that TTK isn't worth it to me. Once again if you don't like it just stop playing.

Sorry that was my venting. I just really feel they are out for our wallets. But hell if people are willing to pay they will, not worth it imo. Just is incredibly lame to lock out everyone who has payed into it up to this point and doesn't want to invest in TTK. You basically cant play the game anymore. I understand they are trying to streamline but they are seriously pissing off alot of people. I'm hopping off the ship. October 27th can't come fast enough. I do hope yall get enjoyment from the update.

Yeah it's all good. I think lost sols had some good ideas about letting older players try the test weapons out. And it would have been cool if vanilla players could have acquired the new gear just been barred from using it. Some good ideas for the future but unfortunately this is the game model they're going with. They need to offer more crucible features to older players I think to keep them playing. Makes it more likely they eventually buy the update.

Yeah I agree, I was a huge pvp player so now that alot of it is locked out its not very appealing. I wish bungie could have done like they did in halo 3 where you could still que in most playlists but just wouldn't be able to play the new maps. O well... I guess Activision is mainly to blame for most of my complaints.

It's probably because of this game being online only. Not only do they need the servers for crucible but nearly every pve activity as well. They're probably just trying to save bandwidth. Now the 3v3 playlist is probably a good idea but clash and control should have been kept separate.
