From what I understand Bungie has implemented a more biased form of RNG where you are supposed to have a lower chance of recieving a previously gotten Exotic. However today from opening several exotic engrams I have recieved -2 Last Words -2 Invectives -5 Fourth Horseman's -2 Crest of Alpha Lupi (Titan) -2 Helm of Inmost Light -2 THE STAG -2 Obsidian Mind -2 Mask of the Third Man -2 Empyrean Bellicose I feel as though this biased doesn't have much of an affect on engrams
