Here's the problem with stormcaller. It is op, but not in a clutch situation. A hunter is cornered, with three enemies surrounding him. He pops arc blade and it's done because a hunter gets a massive shield boost. As a storm caller I've been put in the same situation several times. And either the stormcaller doest get a shield boost, or mine fails to apply. Because I'm shot out of the air before I can deal enough damage. Irritating as heck
