Heaven forbid that the paying customer have the right to voice their displeasure at being treated unfairly by a company ... let alone have the audacity to share that there should be and ARE a number of avenues which they can take to try and reach a satisfactory resolution on a personal level - as well as simply to spread the word that the aforementioned company is employing numerous underhanded practices that any reasonable person would find objectionable.
