Installing Taken King CE

Hi, I have the Taken King Collectors Edition on pre-order. When I receive the set how will this install on the PS4? Will another instance of Destiny appear in the PS4 library or will the new version overwrite the already installed copy? Do I need to uninstall the existing version before loading the Taken King? Thanks for the help. Eric

Started a new topic: Why did I have to un install the physical disk of Destiny to install the 59$ version of taken king? Will I lose my year one progress?
