I think it's good that you get stuck at 34. You tell me why you should be able to participate in activities that we paid for like the new level cap and the new nightfall which they said it is ever growing. If you chose not to buy the taken king or others then that is your own choice. Just be lucky you where able to keep up for the time you did.

Fine let's say that NF is end game and should only be available to max PvP characters, a stretch but I'll give it to you. What about if I want to play control with my buddies that don't have TTK should I be able to do that?

Keep up with what? Becoming level 40 from 34 within literally 10 seconds if you have 10 bounties and xp boost.
