I bet no one can explain this

So pay attention to the guy picking up the spark (Arise Core). I threw the Arc Bolt when he was at full health. And then it killed him. Just the bolt, no one else shot him. Anyone wanna tell me how? http://xboxdvr.com/gamer/ProX%20Fronz/video/9288298#t=13
