Very ethical Bungie. You should have just deleted all of our characters and told us to start over. It's the same end result
Edit: this is in reference to field scout and rangefinder, ect. I do not care about leaving year 1 weapons behind.

7 RepliesYou obviously don't know what you're talking about. The difference is slight enough to force you to actually use the weapon rather than having the kill handed to you.
-
45 RepliesThat's how mmo's work. You can't keep using the same old weapons. The point of the game is to evolve.
-
2 RepliesProblem is They made year one weapons way too powerful
-
5 RepliesYou must be new here. Every expansion downgrades the previous weapons so that people don't sit stagnant with their gear.

Edited by Vahrg: 9/9/2015 9:19:15 PMTTK weapons do actually look good, and sound good, heck they even smell good :O
-
13 RepliesThis must be your first mmo. Welcome!
-
5 RepliesIt's called progression. No one wants to see your Last Word, blinky, shotgunny, ram for the next 9 years.
-
60 RepliesWho wants to use the same guns forever? Are you people really that boring?
-
Those perks were mistakes. Sucks though.
-
3 RepliesJust ran all of my Vanilla autos in Crucible. All have perks that were nerfed. Not A Big Deal Worked fine. The new meta is awesome.
-
2 RepliesI'm so sick of the old weapons at this point. I've had the most fun since September 2014 using the field test weapons from the armory.
-
The perks were too strong, they added something for nothing, which they admit they made a mistake on. The game is much better now with 2.0, and vanilla weapons aren't ruined, they just aren't OP like they were last patch.

1 ReplyJust started on my Warlock. She has a Devil you know with clown cartridge. Went from 12 rounds base to 15 with CC, down to 10 base and 12. I'm mad about it. Field scout nerf f ucked up my Supremacy and both Jolders Hammers. Etc.

23 RepliesThis game is very reminiscent of an mmo. Many mmos work this way, simply to keep the game exciting and moving and changing for the better. I feel bad for you conspiracy theorists who think Bungie wants to try to make a bad game (that is not a smart business move at all), you must have trust issues.
-
27 RepliesJust plain lazy development.
-
....uh, Bungie ruined Destiny to make profits look good

12 RepliesDidn't you read the terms and agreements? Everything in the game is subject to change.
-
They should have at least kept Perfect Balance the same. The Last Word desperately needs it now. Braced Frame has a huge advantage over it now.
-
In regards to the field scout nerf I wish they had let us choose between current field scout and extended magazine (the vex perk) because this change as -blam!-ed over a lot of great builds on my guns
-
2 RepliesYeah, I would rather them sell us a new game called Destiny 1.5 (heck it would have been the same price). By taking a crap on all Y1 stuff they effectively only rented us the Y1 stuff. At least in CoD, if you pay for both the Y1 and Y2 stuff, but end up not liking the Y2 iteration you can still put in the Y1 disk and play the Y1 game, intact.

Honestly I can adjust to new weapons for PvE as long as I'm able to use my Fair and Square in PvP I'm fine
-
Whichever way people want to see this, bad or good...it's very true. I agree with you.
-
1 ReplyI'm gonna use year one weapons for the whole PvE story quest line. That'll show bungie what I think of their new, flashy-pants weapons.
-
I favor a lot of my year one equipment so this just bullshit..... That fatebringer has gotten me out of more scrapes than I can count.

1 ReplyAre ttk raid primaries going to have elemental damage even anymore????
