Saw this on reddit, had worked for me so far. Moved about 50 in the past hour. I had been stuck at 5% and it kept stopping or going to queue on Xbox one.
For Xbox just change the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 which is googles servers or something.
Although I have heard in the help section that this didn't resolve some people's issues
