We already know Dust Palace is getting new shit, as well as the Shadow Thief, so we can assume they all will. Maybe we can get a Servitor-like Ghost shell from Devils' Lair

Shadow Thief is getting anything as far as all the information goes, and I've read all gameinformer articles, edge articles, and follow Mark, Luke and Deej on twitter. Dust Palace, Cerberus Vae and Undying Mind are getting reworked and will have the new loot, but none of the other year one strikes will.

There's a Taniks cape that you can get now, so that's the only place where getting it would make sense

That was speculation. Someone posted a picture and said it LOOKED like a cape from Taniks. The only confirmed piece of strike gear by Bungie is the Psion Flayer cape that Mark Noteworthy confirmed on twitter. So at this point, barring any new information, the only strikes SO FAR that are getting the new gear are the redesigned strikes and the new strikes.

I know Bungie hasn't confirmed it, but it looks [i]exactly[/i] like Taniks's cape. Either we get it from him or there'll be another Fallen boss that wears it

It does and I hope we get one. I'm just going off of confirmed here as speculation (in this game at least) has a tendancy to bite your behind, ya know? Lol
