The first story mission in The Dark Below is given to you by Eris Morn in the tower (left side when you land). The story mission is called Rise of Crota, which sends you to the Fist of Crota Mission on the Earth. Have you spoken with Eris Morn?

O erro ocorre no observatorio real, a primeira ou segunda missão, na parte do Boss, na Area restrita. Não posso continuar. Morri várias vezes ontem e hoje o jogo está travando para carregar. A tela abre, o jogoe direciona para lá, mas não posso entrar na área restrita pois o jogo trava. Já aconteceu muitas vezes e toda vez tenho que desligar o playstation no botão do console, trava tudo até mesmo o joystick

To keep things clean, I will respond in English. That sounds like a nightmare. It could be that your console downloaded the data incorrectly (and it is corrupted), which is causing an issue when you load that specific area on that specific mission. I would recommend first, doing a "hard reset" of your console by holding down the power for several seconds and then powering the console back on normally. Attempt to access the content again and see if your problem persists. If the problem does persist, you will have to delete the entire DLC and download it again, so that the data does not get corrupted again. If and when you download the DLC again, you may have to Restore your game license. Instructions for that are here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 Good luck!
