So bad connection in pvp is acceptable
How is It I pay for a solid connection but someone who is on a constant red bar should have a upper hand bungie that logic is trash and it shoulda been fixed months ago if people cant fix it were they have a stable connection then make the red bars play in a throw away server so the good and soild players dont have to deal with the garbage part of the community that thinks it is funny and awesome that you reward there lag

Bungie will start issuing restrictions to players with perpetually bad connections, but this will only be used in the most extreme cases. You can always report red bar players for bad connection, and even go so far as to block them on your console. That should prevent future match-ups with that player.
