I used to be a vegetarian (1.5years), I found that it was quite refreshing and rewarding. However I did develop a slight case of anemia (so be warned). Also personally I felt that most plant proteins(grains, legumes, and nuts) did not agree with my digestive tract, and I missed bison burgers. So switched to the paleo diet which I have to say, its like Vegetarianism's Older, More Charismatic, Less Pretentious sibling. I ask those with more experience than, because there is so many for advice and tips. For juggle health, college, and video games.
