So happy to read the last sentence! I really attributed more intelligence to you. MY mistake? Its not gaming in general. Specifically it is the parts of this game that allow the use of a mic. When using the mic you are effectively alone and it is no longer virtual, it is very real. A parent can only guide what they can see/hear at the moment. This is the danger of allowing immature people to partake in a mature activity. Although, Im pretty sure Ive already said that. If you are ok with your child being involved then I hope you have set up some safety protocols and that is your choice. There are also many dangers present in online activities that are less obvious than their non online cousins: identity theft, pedophilia, and bullying to name a few. Yet, while they are less obvious they are just as damaging.
