All super are kind of annoying but when comes to cheap I would say ward of dawn. When there is only one or two titans with this in a match in a game it is fine but when there is a premade team with several of them and a gunslinger then it becomes clear how cheap and broken ward of dawn is. Other supers can win a fight but this tactic can win everything.

WoD can be defeated by every other super, with the exception of Radiance, and the originating Titan killed in the process. Far from cheap, it's the most underpowered super in PvP.

Read the full comment guy, four or five ward or dawns with a blade dancer or golden gun is horrible, even six class players get trashed by this method!

I did, check out my response. That's a strategy. Notice how it's the only Super that requires teamwork and communication to be "cheap". None of the others do, and the Ward can be defeated by [i]every other super, save Radiance[/i].

Well if you have a team of every super and a team of 4 bubble Titans and two golden gunners, that team wins everytime, that will literally never run out of supers, how is that not cheap, it's like an infinite heavy ammo glitch

First off, that strategy is sure cheap but it also has holes me and my team is able to beat it quite easily

Well good for you, the only way I know is if you have a team of strikers maybe some nova bombs and you can kill the guys in their bubbles haha

Edited by Zortat: 9/2/2015 10:34:02 AMA nova bomb with scatter will drop three shields and if you have two nova bombs you can vortex it and it kills any leftover guardian scum. And have you BD or GG to clean up. But of course you need a team. My recommendation is don't go into pvp without a team if you're afraid of the ward of dawn GG combo.... Otherwise enjoy the game that was made.

Blade Dancers don't require a team to fly through the air to get kills, Strikers don't require a team to ruin anyone's day (or score a triple kill on a control point), Voidwalkers can nuke a shielded Titan in the Ward from across the map sans team, and Gunslingers can either get 3 free kills or destroy a Ward and get 1 or 2 kills (depending on Aclyophage Symbiote status) without a team. You're literally offering the example a team using teamwork as you [b]only[/b] justification for calling the Ward of Dawn the cheapest Super. That's just silly, dude. Like I told the other fella, it's frustrating to fight against, but it still requires an entire team to coordinate. Which, oddly enough, is the best way to win a team-based game: work with your team. Edit: Don't shoot/grenade the bubbles, it will reduce the orbs they spawn. Only attack once your Super is ready, with your Super. Communicate with [i]your[/i] team to plan out a solution.

It's true you can take the one out or if you get lucky all of them. But their supers are already recharged because of all the orbs are they are popping. They just repop their shields. It is cheap because it unbeatable. I would agree it's a strategy but it shows how flawed the game is.

The point I'm making is that you can't really point to the Ward of Dawn being cheap, because it [i]requires[/i] a coordinated team to pull that strategy off. I also don't want to lose that functionality of orb production for PvE because it's super useful. I agree that it's frustrating to fight against, but it's also rare to fight against. I've only ran into it once, while I run into Blade Dancers, Gunslingers, Voidwalkers, Sunsingers, and Strikers in every single match, you know?

Haha did you read what I said. I said that one or two titans is fine but it is truly cheap when you have a team of them all popping at the same time and just dancing the rest of the game or popping more because they are constantly generating more orbs. If this happened to you you would know what I mean.

It has happened to me. That's not cheap, it's strategy. Used it with another Defender on Skolas. Cool dude from Wales. If it's happening, avoid the Titan Bubble Party, charge whatever other super you've got (go for ranged like Golden Gun or Nova Bomb) and light 'em up. Notice how none of the other Supers require teamwork and communication to be "cheap".
