Hi MooNess,
From your original post and your comments below my understanding is:
- You originally owned the Destiny Collector's Edition
- You purchased the Legendary Edition of The Taken King
- When you try to launch Destiny you are told that the content is "not available in your region"
If that is correct, here are some pieces of information that may help:
- The "Play It Now" feature for The Taken King is only available with the "Digital Collector's Edition." The "Legendary Edition" does not let you play currently released content now.
- If you still have a license for the Digital Collector's Edition of Destiny, you can go to the "My Library" section on your Playstation's dashboard to re-download your content.
- If you re-install just Destiny, The Dark Below, and House of Wolves and still can't play, please let me know by responding to this post.

I had originally owned the Vanilla Destiny and after I had purchased the Digital Collector's Edition I was given the error code saying I wasn't allowed to play the game. After i had talked to the playstation customer service they said I should try the legendary version which proved not to solve the problem. I can't find the Vanilla Destiny in my downloads since it has been taken off of the store so when i reinstalled Destiny it was the version that was in the Digital Collector's Edition which gave me the same error code as before saying the game wasn't yet released.

You may want to try uninstalling all Destiny content, then downloading manually from your Download List using the instructions in the "To start the download yourself" section on this Sony support page: http://faq.en.playstation.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6767/~/how-to-download-playstation%C2%AEstore-purchases-to-your-ps3%E2%84%A2

I just got it downloaded to my playstation and it still is not working, i downloaded the Destiny Game from the Digital CE version of the TtK and I'm getting the same error code
