And when im playing i cant run to a new area first .my teammates get stuck in the loading screen .so i have to leave the fireteam so there not stuck anymore

Wow...I am so sorry to hear this. By my count, there are about a dozen of us on the Xbox One having this problem. The fact that is has gone on for so long without a fix is unacceptable. Unlike other errors, this error makes the game unplayable. Keep posting about your issue, and keep bumping other vulture posts. We need to keep the pressure on Bungie to fix this...but at this point, I believe they are hoping that XBL will fix it for them...which is pathetic, because this is a Destiny issue. Bungie needs to own the problem, as well as the solution...but that hasn't happened thus far.
