Tips and tricks for a noob?
So I'm new to destiny's crucible and I just need some pointers.
I see a lot of a weapon called thorn and another the last word.
There's a lot of teleporting with shotguns as well.
Antone know of any sure fire counters to the above tactics?

Try getting good scrub OOOOHH 1337 But seriously, try to find a Her Benevolence or a Shadow of veils. They're very easy to snipe with. Then, go into patrol and find something at head level. Try going to different angles and sniping that. Mtashed has a great series called crucible school, look up his Youtube channel and he'll give you tons of tips

When it comes to crucible, the only reliable info I can give you is to fight fire with fire. That means use the same tactics as those who teleport and shotgun etc. Crucible is indeed hard for newcomers however, unfortunately. Many people forget that a lot of skill seen in the crucible is actually just the gear that people wear.

Okay so here is my tip. When facing a blink shotgunner you are going to need a shotgun as well. When you see them blink take out your shotgun and prepare your reflexes because blink causes a slight delay and you will get to get the first shot off when they return then shotgun them and give them a taste of their own medicine. Another tactic is to run straight forward and spin around quickly and keep jumping around so your hard to hit.

Edited by Hostile AKs: 8/30/2015 2:29:08 PMMost important to understand the stats of a gun. Pay attention to the impact stat as that will translate into how much damage your weapon will do. For example, you might not have access to a high impact legendary shotgun but you can get a good high impact blue shot gun. Also learn what class perks and weapon perks are best for pvp. If you are a blade dancer you should use "back stab" and "quick draw" warlocks use "viking funeral " and "touch of flame"

Run dragon strikes the level 28 ones until u get the hopscotch pilgrim it is a 2 burst head shot kill same as messenger
