Appearance: I can't think of it, so you guys can make it and I'll choose either the only one, or my favorite.
1st Perk: Aggressive Ballistics/CQB Ballistics/Acurrised Ballistics (Choose between them)
2nd Perk: Final Round
3rd Perk: Upgrade Damage
4th Perk: Explosive Rounds/Fitted Stock/Field Scout (Choose between them)
Perk 5: Glass Half Full
Exotic Perk: Deaths Rival (Has a chance to stun your enemy for 5 secs, increased stability and increased impact or range)
Perk 6: Upgrade Damage
Perk 7: Upgrade Damage
Perk 8: Upgrade Damage
Perk 9: Upgrade Damage
I put quite some work into this, so I hope you like it. I will probably improve/edit it in the future.

Maybe some of the other bounties will give you inspiration.
