Already own all expansions, when can I buy the extra content pack?

There has been no news since June about this pack to purchase the extra collector's content separately for 20 bucks. Doesn't this expansion come out in a month or so?

You can buy the digital content from the collector's edition on sept. 15 when TTK comes out.
